Help Frape find his forever home today!!

✨UPDATE: Frappe has been adopted!✨

🚨 FRAPPE NEEDS OUT 🚨

Frappe was found on December 22, 2021 - two days before Christmas Eve. A local business called 311 and our Animal Protection Officers responded, finding a very lonely and scared boy. We don't know what situation he came from before this; all we know is that he was and still is scared of other people.

When you look Frappe in the eyes though, you can see that he wants to trust again, and he wants to feel love and affection, but in a scary shelter environment, it's hard for him to feel secure. He needs a home to go to in a quiet environment where he can be comfortable and surrounded by loving owners. Frappe is a total sweetheart and adores being around other dogs and the people who have gotten to know him say that once he opens up, he is so friendly with plenty of love to give.

Don't let Frappe spend another holiday season alone and scared. You can be the change in Frappe's life, and you never know, he just might be the companion and friend that you need in yours. 🎄

If anyone can open their homes and adopt Frappe or even foster him through the holidays, please stop by El Paso Animal Services any day from 11am-6pm at 📍 5001 Fred Wilson Ave.

12 yr old, Duke, he's an awesome well trained golden oldie.
GRREP is trying to find a forever home for him. He came from the shelter his owner passed away & there was no next of kin.

This is what I mean when I say, "you should increase the level of intensity on your dog's walk." Forest and I walked from home to the trails and then hiked part of Cardiac Trail(quite a bit actually). A high energy dog requires a high energy human. Forest 🐕‍🦺 and I working on Basic command combo's with distractions. Here you see Forest in a "Down and Stay" position. After taking several steps away from my pup he remained in his position. The sequence will resume by adding a release, "Come and Sit" commands. Working with distractions in new environments is a great way to improve your dogs efficiency and social skills. Saturday workflow. Working on Socializing and Walking through a Crowd at Lowe's. My pup Forest and students, Aries, and Athena worked through some tough distractions, but they gave us great results in the end. My human student, Daniela(ABC STUDENT), was also in attendance.
