We rescued Lillian and Ollie from a high kill shelter in New Mexico early this year. They have been with Cairn Rescue USA and an amazing foster in Phoenix since then. For some reason there hasn't been any adoption interest in them! These two are perfect but because there hasn't been adoption interest they are now heading to Iowa to hang out in a new foster home and hopefully find an adopted in the Midwest.

Update on Rusty! Rusty spent some time with Weimaraner Rescue of Texas before heading up to Mile High Weimaraner Rescue. He has since been adopted! Happy Tails to our first Pal.

Happy National Dog Day to the 76 dogs we have fostered and/or transported. Also happy day to our 3 dogs at home and to Pretzel, who crossed the rainbow bridge earlier this year.

Moomin was such a great co-pilot! He was in his crate for the drive but hung out front with me while we waited for the rescue to pick him up. Another dog saved! Huge thanks to everyone involved. So many people came together to save him.

THANK YOU to all of you who input volunteer forms for these boys. We might now get it covered. Of course it is always nice to have "back up" fosters so if you'd like to get on our foster list submit the volunteer questionnaire.

We have three intact males that we could take in but we need fosters. We need people who LOVE and are familiar with the breed with strong leadership qualities. Someone willing to help get a dog Vetted and to/from neuter appointments and facilitate a meet and greet. Average Foster period is less than 2 weeks. TWO WEEKS to help save a life.

Guess who is getting rescued tomorrow!! A wonderful family in West El Paso found Moomin as a stray. They didn't want to bring him to the shelter so they have fostered him for the last six weeks. El Paso Animal Services got him utd on shots and got him neutered. Tomorrow I will be transporting him to San Antonio Area Scottie and Westies Rescue!! Huge thanks to Texas Scottie Rescue Fund, Inc. for coordinating and covering the costs.

We got a second opinion on Roo's condition and she is getting an MRI and going in for surgery today. Pretzel's Pals will be very quiet as the vet bill is $10k and will require 4 months of rehabilitation. We simply won't have the funds or time to foster dogs. I will get back to doing transports sooner than later but for now we are waiting to hear that Roo is out of surgery.

2 beautiful and sweet Cairn's available for adoption in the Phoenix area. We fostered them a few months ago before they got to their current foster. They are with Cairn Rescue USA and must be adopted as a pair. We pulled them from a very high kill shelter in New Mexico. If we want to be able to save more dogs we need homes for the current dogs in foster care. Please share. ♥️🥨

Pretzel's Pals is going to be quiet for at least a month. We were hoping to get some more fosters soon but Roo has been diagnosed with IVDD and is currently unable to use her hind legs. Please keep her in your thoughts as we work through this.

We went to the East Side Emergency Clinic that took care of our dear Pretzel. We haven't been there since we lost her. Hug your animals extra close today and consider reaching out to a local rescue and offer I foster for them.

We've been on vacation with our crew for the last two weeks. I don't think I have introduced our dudes so we have Sadie (weimaraner), Yuzu, (chi mix), Roo (schnauzer mix). They are all rescues and the best dogs. Everyone has enjoyed the ocean and chasing lizards here in Florida. We look forward to getting home and getting back to transports and fostering.

Rocky was added to the at-risk of euthanasia list. With the shelter being so full right now he could be euthanized any day. He is the sweetest dog and deserves a home to spend his seniors years. 😭

Hey all!
Please search and join the group Justice for Dexter I am currently visiting St. Petersburg, FL and a man adopted a dog from a local shelter, decapitated it within 24 hours, and is currently out on bond. Spread the word and let's get
