Beginning today, August 24th, 2022, deposits and contracts are required to book appointments and services.
***CURRENT bookings are being held until the end of this month. All current clients will recieve a message requesting an email to formally send their contract, and ways to pay.***
- Returning and new clients are required to pay a deposit for the requested services at the time of booking. The deposit will go towards the services provided, for the specific date(s) and time(s) of the booking.
- If this deposit is not paid at the time of booking, you will not be able to reserve the appointments or drop-ins you have requested. Please note: You will be charged full-price for services in your home if Haley’s Devoted Pet Sitting Service arrives and is unable to gain access to the home for the service.
- Deposits can be refunded when Haley’s Devoted Pet Sitting Service is given:
5 days cancellation notice for BATH and NAIL TRIMS
7 days cancellation notice for DROP-IN VISITS
- Clients are allowed up to 5 minutes to arrive or give home access for nail trim and bathing appointments, after the original start time. You will not be serviced if you are outside of this 5 minute window, and you will not receive your deposit back.
- The cost of a deposit will vary based on the services needed. It is outlined on the contract. 45% for Drop-Ins, 33% for Nail Trims, and 40% for Baths.
- In any case that a service is not provided due to cancellation from Haley's Devoted Pet Sitting Service, you will receive your deposit back.
