Law N Paws Law N Paws is a 501 (c) 3 Non-Profit. Animal rescue & sanctuary. The purpose of Law N' Paws is:

(1) To rescue at-risk abused and neglected animals.

Saving lives, providing care, and finding forever homes. 🐾 Giving a voice to the voiceless, one rescue at a time. (2) To educate the community on humane and loving treatment of all animals by reducing overpopulation through humane spay and neuter and encouraging long-term, forever commitment. (3) To encourage the public to recognize and report animal abuse. (4) To assist the El Paso Police Departm

ent's Animal Cruelty Unit by taking in the animal victims of abuse and getting them the medical attention that they need with the importance of collecting, documenting and preserving evidence for the criminal prosecution of case

(5) Our ultimate goal is finding these innocent animals the loving homes that the desperately deserve after spay/neuter, vaccinations and receiving microchips.

From the streets to safety…
Meet Cricket, a sweet 2-year-old Terrier mix who was found in heartbreaking condition on the streets—severely matted, scared, and alone. Thanks to our dear friend Joy, he was safely rescued and immediately received the care he so desperately needed.

After a much-needed grooming, full vetting, and lots of TLC, Cricket is now healthy, thriving, and ready to find the forever home he deserves. He’s gentle, friendly, and so grateful to be safe.

Happy Sunday, LNP Community!

Zeus Got Adopted!
After over two years of waiting patiently, Zeus—our resilient, tennis-ball-loving Shih Tzu—has finally found his forever home!

Zeus was rescued from unimaginable neglect. Left alone in a vacant house, surviving on scraps, he endured cruelty no soul ever should. But through it all, he never lost his gentle heart. He remained playful, loving, and full of personality, just waiting for someone to see the good boy underneath it all.

He loved steak jerky, cozy couch time, and being the center of attention—and now, he finally gets all of that and more with his new family.

Let Zeus’s journey be a reminder that rescue dogs are not broken—they’re just waiting to be loved.

This sweet 9-month-old Pit Bull is tiny but mighty, weighing just 30 lbs. She was abandoned in the desert, severely emaciated, but has made a full recovery thanks to love, care, and proper rehabilitation.

It’s been over a week since Ranger’s life was saved—and what a transformation. When he was found near Hueco Tanks by a group of teens, he was barely clinging to life—collapsed, weak, and dehydrated. A massive bone lodged in his stomach had pushed him to the brink.

Thanks to the incredible team at East El Paso Animal Hospital, Ranger underwent an endoscopy that successfully removed the bone, and today—he’s thriving.

Ranger is gaining strength daily and showing us just how sweet and gentle-hearted he truly is. He’s calm, docile, and would make an amazing companion for a quiet home that will give him the love he’s always deserved.

You may remember Ryu—the 3-year-old Blue Heeler who survived life in a salvage yard, a dog attack, and being hit by a car. After all he’s endured, this sweet boy is finally healing… and now he’s looking for a forever home.

Ryu is not your typical Heeler. He’s incredibly docile, affectionate, and would honestly make the perfect teddy bear companion. He loves giving paw, hugs, and cuddles—he just wants to be loved.

He’s currently recovering thanks to the amazing team at East El Paso Animal Hospital and has shown nothing but gratitude and gentleness through it all.

Meet Shiva
Shiva is a 1.5-year-old female Pit Bull who has already endured more than most dogs ever should. She was rescued from a horrific cruelty case—thanks to Animal Services, she and her siblings were seized and given a second chance. While her siblings were transferred to out-of-town rescues, Shiva’s breed made her harder to place… and that’s where we stepped in.

We made it our mission to make sure Shiva gets the love and safety she deserves.

She’s playful, affectionate, and would do great with older kids and dogs her size. Shiva is ready to leave her past behind and start a new chapter with a family who will love her unconditionally.
