Law N Paws is a 501 (c) 3 Non-Profit. Animal rescue & sanctuary. The purpose of Law N' Paws is:

(1) To rescue at-risk abused and neglected animals.

Saving lives, providing care, and finding forever homes. 🐾 Giving a voice to the voiceless, one rescue at a time. (2) To educate the community on humane and loving treatment of all animals by reducing overpopulation through humane spay and neuter and encouraging long-term, forever commitment. (3) To encourage the public to recognize and report animal abuse. (4) To assist the El Paso Police Departm

ent's Animal Cruelty Unit by taking in the animal victims of abuse and getting them the medical attention that they need with the importance of collecting, documenting and preserving evidence for the criminal prosecution of case

Meet Comet: A Brave Survivor in Need of a Second Chance

This sweet Shepherd mix pup, Comet, was found in the county by a Good Samaritan who couldn’t bear to leave him behind. Emaciated and injured, Comet’s story is heartbreaking but filled with hope.

We believe Comet may have been hit or thrown from a car. He has road rash on his front paw and, sadly, doesn’t have much feeling in his back leg, which may require amputation. Despite everything he’s endured, Comet is remarkably calm and sweet. He doesn’t whine or cry—just quietly seeks love and comfort.

Comet deserves a fresh start and a loving forever home where he can heal and thrive. However, we need your help to make that happen. Comet will require extensive medical care, including surgery for his leg, and we cannot do this without community support.

Meet Cosmo, Our Newest Rescue 💔

This sweet boy, just about 4 months old, was found abandoned in the county with nowhere to turn. Cosmo is a Retriever mix with the gentlest soul and the biggest heart—despite carrying a large hernia that needs urgent medical attention.

The kind people who found him tried to help but couldn’t keep him, and that’s when Cosmo came into our care. Now, it’s up to all of us to give him the second chance he deserves.

Cosmo’s hernia is severe and requires surgery as soon as possible. The cost of his veterinary care is significant, but we won’t give up on him. His life is just beginning, and with your support, we can ensure it’s filled with love, health, and happiness.
