Due to my project being a little more than anticipated (overhaul on tubs) and the internet install running late we will need to be closed tomorrow (Friday, 12/13) 😱 to make sure everything is as it should be. We will open Saturday morning with everything nice and clean and the new internet flowing right along. Hope to see you this weekend!

Yappy Hour will be closed tomorrow (Wednesday, 12/11) and Thursday, 12/12. We are having new internet service installed and doing maintenance on the wash tubs. We will reopen on Friday morning. We’re sorry for any inconvenience.

The animal shelter could use some Pedigree Puppy food if anyone would like to donate a few cans. There are 6 little pups that are just weaning age that will hopefully be leaving in a few days to a rescue. Mama is terribly thin and nursing those babies is taking a toll.

Jae’ won August’s Bark Box from Yappy Hour. Be sure to register your pup whenever you come in for a bath. If you bathe more than one be sure to register both of the names. All entries will also be kept for the Christmas drawing for a deshedding vacuum. I won’t get September’s Bark Box for a couple of weeks but will post picture of the contents once received. Okay folk, the shelter needs our help. They have had to take responsibility for 4 four week old puppies whose mother is unable to care for them. They will be with a bottle feeding foster but they need supplies to last for a few weeks until old enough to go to rescue. They need formula (newborn to 6 weeks pictured below), xl puppy pads, canned Pedigree puppy food, and paper towels. Any help is greatly appreciated and you can drop off supplies at the shelter or drop them by the dog wash and I will see that they get them. If you just want to give money there are envelopes on the table at the dog wash. Just note on the envelope that it is for the bottle pups. You can drop into the secure mail box by my office door and I will see that they get it to buy the supplies whatever supplies are needed. Bottle feeding 4 puppies is a huge undertaking and they will go thru lots of formula and other supplies. Thank you in advance!

We will be giving away a BarkBox each month starting September 1st. Each box will be different and will contain two toys and two bags of gourmet treats. When you bring your pup in for a bath, sign up with your pet’s name and a phone number where you can be reached by text if you win. Drawings will be done on the 1st of each month. Here is the box we will be giving away on 9/1.
