Just because it is getting cooler doesn't mean the fleas and ticks are dying. If your animal is a current patient, you can come and get your dogs and cats a dose of Bravecto to get them through the rest of the season. Remember Bravecto is a prescription item. The animals have to be a current patient of Dr. Vaverka. If they are, you may walk in and get the meds. We have all the sizes in stock. If not,give us a call and we can answer questions of how your animal can become a current patient. 405-262-2245.

Thank you everyone for reaching out to us to try to help us find who abandoned the cat. Comes to find out they have had a pattern of abandoning animals. This is the 3rd one within the last yr or two.
We have found a new home for this sweet cat. He has all his shots and dewormer and the new owners are planning to neuter him soon after he settles in to his new home. And I just want to say if you can’t take care of an animal, please be an adult and take the animal to an animal shelter and surrender it. Or if you find an animal please bring it to our clinic and we can scan it to see if there is a microchip. And or help however we can. As we have seen today there are a lot of big hearted people that were willing to take this kitty into their home. The new owner has sent us pictures and he seems to be right at home.

We had 2 individuals in the silver Nissan pull up to the clinic this morning around 8AM with a cat that they threw in our front door before speeding off. If you have any information on who these people are, please contact us or El Reno Animal Control. Pictures of the cat and vehicle will be posted in the comments. Thank you.

We are going to have different hours of operation on Thursday (3-14) Friday (3-15) and Monday (3-18). Open 8:00 am-12:00 pm. Tuesday (3-19) closed all day. Dr. Shawn will be out of the office on all of these days. Walk in shots and nail trims are available. The storefront will be open for dog/cat food or other items purchases. Regular hours will start back on Wednesday (3-20)Thank you!
