We were so happy to sponsor a cart for the Annual Cart Race at North Scott Hy-Vee. It was such a fun event put on by the North Scott High School Lady Lancers basketball team. They raised over $3300 worth of food for the North Scott Food Pantry. Our team of players did a great job and raised over $430 just with their cart!!

Dr. Abby Bowers was happy to participate in the Veterinary Assistant Program Advisory Council at North Scott High School. What an exciting thing for the high school to offer! We are looking forward to helping the students in this new program!

Today, we had the pleasure of hosting our Veterinary Assistant Program Advisory Council Meeting at North Scott! This inspiring event brought together industry professionals, educators, and students to collaborate on shaping the future of veterinary education.

Highlights included:
✔️ Insightful discussions about program goals and curriculum.
✔️ Valuable feedback from our advisory members to better align with industry needs.
✔️ A networking lunch where students engaged with veterinary professionals.

If you've been into the clinic this week, you've probably noticed that our staff have not been in their usual scrubs and uniforms. That's because we've been celebrating STAFF APPRECIATION WEEK all week long! We had a Spirit Week with a different theme each day! We had so much fun with this and hope our staff did, too! Many thanks to our manager, Grace, for organizing, purchasing and carrying out each day's fun!! We had a Poopy Day, 80s Day, Rainbow Day, Superhero Day (thanks to Taylor for our fun Tshirts!), and PJ Day! Every day even had associated food!

Many thanks to our wonderful staff! If it wasn't for them, RFVS wouldn't be what it is! So thanks to ALL our staff for all they do!! You guys all rock, and we're so blessed to have you on our team!!

We also thank our company reps for contributing too! Merck, Elanco, Zoetis, and Pet Cremation Services.
