All, we're looking for a home for a client's dog... She's currently at our clinic as our beloved client has been diagnosed with a terminal illness and isn't expected to live through the end of the year. 💔

If anyone is able to help, she would do best as an only dog. She's not outright aggressive to dogs, just doesn't seem to want them in her face. She's good with cats per the previous owner.

She would be a *perfect* accountability buddy for getting in shape!!! We've run blood work on her and have no concerns (her thyroid is even normal) - she just needs to count her calories ;-)

She's AWESOME with people and a very sweet girl - even for her nail trim! ♥️

Avoid sharing table scraps, secure the trash, and prevent them from entering the kitchen. Additionally, please remember that alcohol can be harmful to pets, so ensure that beverages are kept out of their reach. Let’s work together to ensure a happy and healthy holiday for everyone. ❤️

November is Senior Pet Month, a dedicated time to appreciate the unique joys and special care that come with having a senior pet. 🐶🐱 As our pets get older, their needs can change, and it's our job to help them stay healthy, comfortable, and happy throughout their golden years.

🐾 Pets are generally considered “senior” around age 7, though this varies by breed and size. Large dogs may be seniors earlier, while small breeds may not be considered senior until later.

🐾 Regular veterinary check-ups are especially important for senior pets. Routine bloodwork, dental care, and physical exams can catch age-related conditions early.

🐾 Senior pets are more prone to arthritis, dental disease, and heart or kidney issues. Adjusting their diet, exercise, and home environment can make a big difference in their comfort and quality of life.

Let’s Celebrate Our Senior Pets!
