Emma and I went to the vet today to get her started on her vaccines.
I got lots of first kisses from her today. ❤️
Bloodwork is not great and she is only 30lbs.
By the time I return I counted I will have driven all these dogs about 18 times to the vet for shot, exams and health certificate.

Anybody wants to send some mola to fatten her up??

A couple of days ago I was in touch with the person feeding these dogs and said I will donate food.

This mama and her cute pups were dumped at another “favorite” dumping location.
Beautiful dogs. Sweet and innocent.

This morning someone decided to poison them. What a horrible death. They all had a person to care for them.
Not all died. Luckily Luna foundation hurried over there and the remaining, but sickly, pups are at the vet now. Hope they pull through and have no lasting issues.

I will need a vacation when I get back to Chicago. I need heart therapy. Everybody tries so hard here and then this.

Dumped at the dump!
A scenario that will continue to repeat itself over and over again. Sickening!

As I said the other day, my main project this trip was supposed to be the landfill dog situation, but I have not even made it over there yet.
Well, I guess that is going to change today.

One of the security guys that works there just texted me asking for help.
These puppies and a couple of youngsters were dumped at the landfill last week.
One puppy died already, (got ran over by a truck!!!) two are gone and two are left.
I can absolutely not take them in as they are too young to fly and I financially I cannot put another dog into boarding.

I am at my max at all ends!

I am hoping another rescue can step up these guys.
I will bring them food today and take some better pictures/videos.

Is anybody with an SUV and mid afternoon time available on November 21st to help me receive the pups at O’Hare?
I can’t get all of them in my car.
