Hello everyone,

We wanted to provide an update and sincerely apologize for the delays. While we’ve been able to get many of the orders out, there are still a handful we’ll be finishing up tomorrow. Unfortunately, Elise is back but on strict bed rest, so her ability to help is very limited.

Regrettably, I have no choice but to hold some orders until after the holidays. This was never part of the plan, and we feel terrible about it. We don’t like leaving anyone waiting, but with the bandwidth we have right now, it’s simply not possible to get everything out in time. I truly understand how frustrating this is, and it pains me that this situation is on us. For that, we are truly sorry.

First, we want to thank you all for your support and patience during this time. Unfortunately, things have been a bit overwhelming lately. Elise, my partner, was recently hospitalized with severe pneumonia and is currently in intensive care. As a result, I’ve taken on the responsibility of managing both the family and the business.

I’m doing my best to respond to messages, fulfill orders, and keep everything running smoothly, but I kindly ask for your understanding if there are delays. Balancing work, kids, and everything else has been a challenge, but I’m working hard to get things done while keeping everything as sane as possible.
