It's been a busy couple of weeks around here. Pepper and Bly (both Dora & Hinckley daughters) welcomed their puppies ❤️. Pepper has a beautiful singleton girl 🩷 and Bly welcomed one girl and four boys 🩷💙💙💙💙. Everyone is doing well. Pepper and Bly are sharing mom duties so there is plenty of milk to go around for the six puppies.
Litter themes are 'Kaleidoscope' 🌈 and 'Lumber' 🪵! Excited to see those little guys grow up ☺️!

It was a cold and windy day for herding lessons but Maze and Med did not care! First time for Maze and second time for Medley around sheep. Both had a blast and did great! 🐑🐑🐑 So much fun to watch them work!

This sweet and sassy 6 month old girl (Lux) got a major at her first big kid show 🎉⭐!
Medley also did well and picked up some Best of Breed and Best of Breed Owner Handled wins and an Owner handled group One placement.

We had a great time at the Boise show this last weekend! So many fun things to do!!!
Medley, Geneva, and Magnum tried out herding and loved it. First time around sheep 🐑 🐑 🐑 and all three passed their herding Instinct test under two different judges 🌟 🎉!
They also did farm dog testing the day prior to herding and earned their farm dog certificates.
Medley did two fast cat runs.
Lux competed in Beginner Puppy and received two puppy Group 4 placements.
And Medley picked up a Best of Breed and Best of Breed Owner Handled 💕!

The AKC Owner handled rankings for 2024 (September 21, 2023 through September 18, 2024) are out and Medley finished the year as the #5 Swissy Owner Handled 🥳🎉💕.
She celebrated the achievement by starting the 2025 qualifying period with a bang, getting an Owner Handled group 1 at the Filer, ID show yesterday. So proud of this sweet girl 🥰!

Miss Greta (Maven & Newton) finished her Champion title at the last show 🎉🏆! Thank you to her owner Nate for letting me steal her for the weekend 💕.

Over the last two show weekends the Alpenblick crew added three new AKC champions (pending AKC approval) 🏆🏆🏆.

Miss Maze got her last two missing points finishing her champion title at 15 months old. Thank you Terra for showing her all the way to her title! You two make an amazing team 💕!

Arnold earned his 2nd major at the show in Blackfoot, ID. Finishing his champion title. Coincidentally, the Blackfoot show is also where he got his first points last year.
💫 CH Alpenblick's Asher Live by a Compass, not a Clock ATT

Magnum went into the Blackfoot show weekend needing one more point to finish. With a huge Swissy entry at the show and him being a gangly adolescent boy, we didn't have high expectations. But he surprised us all going Winners Dog one of the days finishing his CH title in style with a 5 point major. All owner handled by his owner Joanie.

Our little 'Jamborees' are almost four weeks old!
The last few days have been full of new experiences.
They moved to their 'big kids' pen in the living room, went outside for the first time, met all the other dogs, saw horses, started eating solid food... Lots more to explore and experience in the coming weeks, before they start to join their new families!

New stats are out (up to end of April) and Medley has made it into the top 20 🎉. She's currently the #11 Swissy in Breed standings and # 3 female. Not too bad for only two shows this year so far!
She's sure following in her mom's footsteps 💕! Melissa Bryant

Our little 'Images' have joined their new families and are off to new adventures!
It's definitely a lot quieter around here and sad to see them leave but they all joined amazing homes and I'm looking forward to all the updates from their families 💕😊!
