Dear Clients,

I am so honored to work with you and your best friend to help you accomplish your goals. These past years have literally taught me so much! With this being said, some things will be changing this year.

Breaks my heart to say this, but with the increase of cost of living; all Massages are going up by $10.00. Magnawave will be staying the same price.

Moose Hill Equine is the way I make a living. I have been very lenient in the past about cancellations. I am STRICTLY enforcing the 24 hour cancellation policy. Please check your calendars when making appointments with me, I do NOT want to hear a day before our appointment that they forgot and scheduled something else for that day. With that being said, I have been trying out reminder apps. So for some of you that I have tried it with, this is nothing new. If you do have to cancel within the 24 hours, please let me know the reason, the fee will be waved if an emergency.

New things that are happening:

-New client referral discount- 10% off
-new tools will be getting introduced to sessions.
-there are going to be new client packages being made.

Big giant news:
Before the end of the year, MHE is expanding!!! You will be seeing US (that’s right, US) all over New England. I will announce my first employee, once she has completed her schooling. 🎉

It has been brought to our attention that EHV-1 is in New England. We just wanted to inform everyone that we are taking precautionary measures to ensure that every horse is safe. With horse show season upon us, if your horse is having respiratory issues, please let us know so we can reschedule your appointment.

Please make sure your horse is clean for our visit. We cannot work on horses that are covered in dirt, urine or manure. Also, we cannot work on horses that are wet/sweaty. So please make sure they are dry and clean for us.
