Great news! 🎉 Aspen completed & passed all of her OFA health testing! This means we plan to breed her when she comes into heat! She can come into season soon with puppies potentially ready to leave over the summer.

Aspen's health testing includes:

✅️ 1.) DNA 🧬 test

✅ 2.) Full blood work panel 🧪

✅ 3.) Preliminary elbow 💪 and hip 🦵 xrays 🩻 at 6 months of age

✅ 4.) Final elbow 💪 and hip 🦵 xrays 🩻 at 2 years of age

✅ 5.) Eye 👁 exam by a canine ophthalmologist

✅ 6.) Heart ❤️ exam by a canine cardiologist

👉 👉 👉 We plan to open the waitlist for Aspen's summer litter and any available puppies we have left from Olives litter in February! 👈

🐾 PUPDATE!! "Hi Steph! I wanted to give a little Zion update (I saw your comment on his brother's post on instagram). He's my best friend and I can't imagine life without him!"

"He's the sweetest guy ever and loves all people and dogs. He loves chasing balls and chewing on deer antlers (we get them from the same dog food store). We think he's probably fully grown now, he weighs about 65lbs. But he's starting to get more snuggly and loves being pet 24/7!"

"Kind of an interesting trait - he almost never barks. I think I've heard him bark maybe 5 times lol! My boyfriend moved in recently and he loves Zion just as much as I do now."

"We're planning on getting him neutered in the next couple months, but that's the first time he'll have seen the vet in a long time. He's super super healthy and I've never worried about anything health related with him. He really is the best boy! I couldn't have asked for a sweeter dog :) I'll attach some pictures of him!"

Mango is spreading cheer to hospital patients & staff! This will likely be our last visit until the spring because we need to prepare for a litter of puppies arriving in January.

Olive and I plan to provide therapy services together as a team 🧡 after her litter goes home in March.

What an AMAZING pupdate from Nutmeg's brother! "Hi Stephanie! I just wanted you tell you how impressed everyone is with your breeding program!"

"The first time I took Waldo to the vet, she said she had never seen such complete records. And the last several weeks we have been working with a trainer in our home (because puppy energy and teenager energy is a challenging combo 🤣) and she asked about you and said he is such an attentive and nicely built golden. She keeps saying what an amazing companion he is going to be! 🥰 I thought you would like to know."

Olive is confirmed pregnant! 🎉 Our repro vet saw multiple puppy sacs on her ultrasound!! This means we are expecting puppies to be born between 📅 January 22nd - 26th with a go home day in March (the weekend of the 20th or 27th).

Our waitlist for this litter is full, but if Olive blesses us with more puppies, we will accept new applications in February (after the puppies are born and after we go through the waitlist first).

PUPDATE! Walter 🐾 welcomed home a human baby sister this year. He turned 1 in September and came from the wine and dine litter (Mango/Jasper)🍷🍽

According to his dad, "He’s a very sweet boy. Very ball obsessed....Walter loves running through the field behind our house and playing fetch....He loves carrying big sticks on walks and likes chasing the hose / sprinkler....Both him and our other golden Colby have been very sweet with the new baby."
