Homemade wreaths crafted by yours truly! 🎃👻 They are for sale because I can only keep so many myself 😅. I have more ideas for wreaths and knick knacks, so hopefully, there are more to come. I'll be here only Monday and Tuesday this week, Gregory's birthday is Friday! So if you want one, come get one before Tuesday ends!

Let me tell you a story about a big dog named Josiah. He came to me from Louisville Metro Animal Services in 2010. His shelter name was Gulliver because he was huge. Josiah was a guardian from the beginning. He chased off thieves, bobcats, caught a hawk out of the air protecting his tiny sister, got a bat out of my kitchen and didn't meet a bumble bee he wouldn't eat, swollen lips or not. Josiah was "the man of the house" before I had an actual man of house. I have no doubt Josiah would have died defending us if he had to. You don't stare down bobcats for the fun of it. Well, today, Josiah's story came to an end. He was comfortable and calm in his bed at his home. Thanks to Wardrip Veterinary Services and Peaceful Pets USA, LLC , his last day wasn't spent getting car sick being hauled around and miserable. Josiah did his favorite thing, which was eat. He had a full breakfast with eggs, sausage, bacon, and waffles, then he had a steak and dessert, which was chocolate cupcakes with bacon and sausage sprinkled on top. Thank you to the clients who rescheduled their appointments so we could have this day free for Josiah. I'm sure he is sitting next to the pearly gates helping Peter keep out the riff raff.
