Playful Pups Retreat is owned and operated by Laurie Yost. Our employees are Certified Pet Care Technicians, and all of our staff members are thoroughly trained in canine first aid and CPR. All of the staff at Playful Pups Retreat are dog lovers and owners themselves. Our staff are chosen for their knowledge of dog behavior, dependability, and their passion for dogs. Each employee receives in-dep

th training in all areas of dog behavior and dog handling and care. We are all dedicated to the health and well-being of your pet at all times during their stay with us. Our staff is trained to recognize that each dog is an individual with very different personalities. We get to know each and every dog and will provide individual attention and training if needed. This, in conjunction with a lot of exercise and pack socialization, will all contribute to a fun and stress free stay at Playful Pups Retreat.
