Dear Valued Customers,
It’s hard to believe that 16 years have passed since I took the leap to start my kennel, with the vision of caring for your beloved pets in your absence. At that time, I had no idea what the future would hold, and I have experienced my fair share of challenges along the way.
This past year has been particularly difficult for all of us. In February, my heart shattered as I lost the building in a fire, which came as a tremendous blow to my dreams and aspirations. I spent countless hours reflecting on whether I should continue with this endeavor that has brought so much joy to my life. Yet, in the midst of heartache, the unwavering support from each of you helped propel me forward when I thought it might be too much to bear.
It is because of YOU—my wonderful clientele—that I stand here today, more determined than ever to provide your pets with a safe, loving environment. Your support, patience, and loyalty during these trying times have meant everything to me, and I cannot express just how grateful I am. Each wagging tail and happy bark I’ve witnessed in my kennel over the years has been a comforting reminder of why I started this journey.
I sincerely thank each and every one of you ! Your trust in me to care for your cherished pets has been truly humbling. I am both honored and overwhelmed by your incredible encouragement and support.
