We love our collies! We've been raising collies on our farm since 1997. We are a Kansas family that enjoys raising collies and cattle.

We work closely with our veterinarian to raise the healthiest dogs that we can. It is our desire that every puppy we raise go to a home where he or she can be a loved and cherished family pet!

Collies have been family favorite dogs for many years. Here is a 1956 photo of Ronald and Nancy Reagan with their tricolor collie, Lucky. Collies have been beloved family dogs in the Cook family for at least 55 years. Has your family had collies for a long time? We would love to hear about them!

Beautiful Opal has moved from our farm to another Cook family farm! Steve's mom, Dorla, was hoping for a new little friend, and we felt that Opal would be a perfect match for her. We are glad that we will get to see Opal quite regularly too! Congratulations to Dorla and Opal!

I hope everyone had a peaceful and blessed Sunday! We enjoyed having all of the kids home for the weekend - that always makes this mama's heart happy! (Picture of the oldest swinging bridge in Kansas located just 5 miles from our farm. It's also a spot where pioneers crossed the Wildcat Creek as they followed the Cherokee Trail to the California Gold Rush. Families picking up their puppy often enjoy a quick visit to the swinging bridge or the Iron Truss Bridge over the Elk Falls.)

Well, rats! I forgot to get pictures of Seabiscuit and his new mom and dad today before they left! The Swies family of Illinois were eager to have a collie around the house again after losing their last Cook's Collie, Magic. I'm sure they will love this sweet boy! Congratulations to all of you!
