Unfortunately, The Modern Mutt has been experiencing major issues with scheduling and contacting clients due to my business phone completely shutting down and deleting all data in my calendar as well as client contacts and haircut history.
This is the first time I've ever experienced a complete loss of data. Usually, if something like this happens it's backed up to google services or the phone that is having issues is still accessible enough to transfer data to a new phone.
If you have recently tried to contact me via the business phone or any of my social media messengers, my deepest apologies for the inconvenience, I have not received your text, phone call, or message.
Thank you for your patience as I work through this. I am still unsure of what appointments have been verified on my calendar and will only be able to contact clients if they reach out to me first.
It would be much appreciated if when you do reach out you include your first and last name, your dog's name, breed, and age. Haircuts will be updated at the time of your appointment.
