I was going to wait until I got my win photos back, but I just can't wait anymore 😂
I competed in three grooming competitions in April and while I didn't place in the first two I learned a ton!
But in the third competition, the one I was the most excited for, Salon Creative at St.Louis GroomFest..... I placed FIRST!!
I couldn't believe it and it still feels surreal!
I didn't get very good pictures myself, but as soon as the professional win pictures are available I'll be posting them!

I'm raising money with the team at Pretty Paws for the local food shelf, the more money I raise, the sillier I'll get with my dogs for the 5k!

I know what it's like to need to seek the help of a food pantry and I am so grateful for the help through hard times I received. It's important to me that these programs continue to help people in need and it's important to me to give back to the community where I can!

Now that it's been nearly a month of cute pups at Pretty Paws, it's safe to say I'm feeling right at home.

Thank you to the clients who have followed me or are following me and also to the new friends I'm so happy to be grooming now 🥰

The change of environment was tough at first, but has really helped me put my priorities into perspective for my grooming career and given me the courage to push forward towards my goals and dreams!

Have you ever taken your dog to a groomer and they come home and you still feel like they're not quite squeaky clean? Or maybe they still have that funky dog smell?

With the cost of grooming, you should be sure that you and your dog are getting the most out of those bath and groom appointments!

At Pretty Paws we use a Prima bathing system to shampoo every dog twice and condition every dog.
Why?
Because we feel that your beloved pets deserve to look and feel their best!

The Prima system helps pe*****te their coats, which is great for thick poodle and doodle coats, getting through thick undercoat for a next level deshed and for dogs with skin issues to really get their skin clean and ready to heal!

The Prima system oxygenates our shampoo to bring life back to limp, oily, dry or dull coats as well as bringing oxygen right to the skin to remove debris, gently exfoliate away dead skin cells (aka dander) and jumpstart the healing processes of the skin.

What a great way to start my day, opening a big ole box from OPAWZ full of temporary colors and shampoo 💚💜🎨🖌🛁
One of my hair color chalks came broken but customer service was spot on, responding quickly and sending out a replacement the same day, thanks Opawz!
