I had a great first week at Haute Dog Spa in White Bear Lake! What a fabulous, talented and compassionate team!

I will no longer be grooming at Pretty Paws in Elk River. While this was planned, the timing was supposed to be different.
Starting on Tuesday October 15th I will now be at Haute Dog Spa in White Bear Lake.
I know this is quite a hike for some of you, if you have small dogs (30lbs or less) I may be able to work out some home visit grooming for them if you are unable to make it to my new salon.
I apologize for the sudden change of venue, sometimes an employer just doesn't work out the way you expect and finding the right salon can be tricky.

I was going to wait until I got my win photos back, but I just can't wait anymore 😂
I competed in three grooming competitions in April and while I didn't place in the first two I learned a ton!
But in the third competition, the one I was the most excited for, Salon Creative at St.Louis GroomFest..... I placed FIRST!!
I couldn't believe it and it still feels surreal!
I didn't get very good pictures myself, but as soon as the professional win pictures are available I'll be posting them!

I'm raising money with the team at Pretty Paws for the local food shelf, the more money I raise, the sillier I'll get with my dogs for the 5k!

I know what it's like to need to seek the help of a food pantry and I am so grateful for the help through hard times I received. It's important to me that these programs continue to help people in need and it's important to me to give back to the community where I can!
