We offer individually fenced indoor kennels for both single and multiple dog occupancy. Individual kennels measure 4’ X 6’ and double dog kennels measure a comfortable 5’ X 8’ and 4' X 11". Each dog receives a raised cot for comfortable sleeping. We invite you to bring a blanket or soft bed to put on top of the cot for additional comfort and familiar smells for your dog. We also require you to bri
ng your dogs own food to avoid upset stomachs. New dogs that visit our kennel must first complete a meet and greet session, which lasts about ½ hour. At this time, our kennel staff will evaluate the temperament of your dog to see whether or not they are suitable to play in our playgroups. Most dogs do just fine, however, on the rare occasion when a dog visits and just cannot work well in a playgroup, we consider them an “out alone” dog. In this case, they will spend their outside time in a separate fenced area for exercise and potty time. While your dog stays overnight with us they will spend lots of time outdoors, weather permitting, in our very large outside fenced area. On average, the dogs get outside six times a day, for an approximate time of 30 minutes, and sometimes longer or shorter depending on the weather conditions. While outside we will walk, pet, and play ball with your dog. Sometimes the dogs just like to play and tumble with each other. When it's time to go home, try using our self serve dog bath. Or ask one of our staff to bath your dog for you.
