The Woof Group will be holding their 3rd annual Halloween Breakfast on Saturday, October 29th. Dogs and Owners are encouraged to wear costumes. This year Mark Smith from Summit City Disc Dogs will be putting on a skills demonstration with his 3 Border Collies. Mark your calendar and save the date

I presented the plans to improve the dog park to the Park Board members at their December 17th meeting. The planned improvements include a new gate and parking on Baldwin Street, latches on the entrance and exit gate and, a water spout to replace the unused water mister. . The board was very receptive to our suggestions and asked me to meet with the Park Superintendent after the holidays

Welcome to the Dr. Frank Booth Dog Park. Located on Baldwin Street 2 blocks east of Cassopolis. There are two parks: one for large dogs and another for smaller dogs. To join the park go to the Municipal Bldg 229 S. 2nd Street. The yearly fee is $ 25.00 and you will be given a Key FOB

I am hoping to build more interest in the Elkhart Dog Park. Many people that I talk to don't even know it exists. Others tell me the parking is unacceptable and the entrance should be on Baldwin Street not on an alley.
