This Saturday Feb 1st from 10 - 3 at the Moose Family Center, 1500 CR 6 in Elkhart IN!! Our 8th annual bazaar fundraiser! We'll have over 70 vendors, homemade hot soups, hotdogs, baked goods, and raffle. Come shop for that special Valentine in your life ❤️

Here we go again! The mobile spay/neuter Public Vet will be here in Elkhart starting March 7th. We will post the sign-up link as the clinics are listed on Public Vet's website. If you need financial assistance for spay/neuter surgery, they have a form on their site to fill out. If you still need further assistance, or have multiple cats in a colony, you can contact us at [email protected]

OMG! The scammers trying to advertise vendor spaces on our bazaar event is unreal! One even posted a warning about scammers and said she was the only "legit" contact! The ONLY person in charge of vendor sign up is Judy at 574 292 0660. Please report and block any other posts saying they have vendor spaces available.

Our 8th annual Craft Bazaar is coming Saturday, February 1st at the Elkhart Moose Family Center, 1500 CR 6 in Elkhart from 10 am - 3pm. Lunch is available from 11am-2pm with home-made soups, hot dogs, and baked goods.

We will be at 29604 CR 10 Elkhart today from noon to 2 pm if anyone wants an outdoor shelter. $40 large, $25 small. We only have 7 smalls available. We also have heated water bowls for $20. First come, first serve. Please have correct change. Cash or check.

Thank you Public Vet for fixing 807 cats in Elkhart this year!! See you in 2025 🐈

"The FIX is IN!" has wrapped up its 2024 clinics, and we’re THRILLED to share that, through our partnership with Public Vet, over 14,000 cats were spayed or neutered in 2024! (The staff at Public Vet are truly spay/neuter superheroes—we’re not sure they ever sleep!)

It’s hard to fully capture the impact this has on local shelters and rescues, so let’s break it down with a few examples:

- Connersville: 658 cats fixed
- Elkhart: 807 cats fixed
- Scottsburg: 739 cats fixed
- Crown Point: 1,324 cats fixed

Can you imagine the impact of having HUNDREDS fewer cats having kittens and ending up in shelters? It’s not just about fixing one cat—it’s about preventing countless future litters.
