Murphy and I (Sarah) are in Chicago this weekend attending Clicker Expo 2025 to continue our education to better serve our amazing clients. 20+ years of training and there is still always more to learn!

This morning I am listening to the amazing Chirag Patel speak about Themed Puppy classes. I’m so excited to share some of these ideas and enthusiasm with the puppy class starting this week!

We are blessed to work with some amazing humans and dogs, and we are at the point where we know growth is necessary. Growth would not be at all possible without working with the best clients. You have all made this possible.

Jamie has been teasing you all about some of our exciting upcoming changes since the first of the year. And while there are many that we can't quite share yet, and at least one big one that we hope will be a more realistic goal for 2026, there are also a couple of changes we are now ready to share!

While we have been blessed to have a continuous and growing business here on Facebook, we also decided it was finally time to have our own website. You can now find us on www.acaninestory.com

The website is linked with our new scheduling software so you may sign up for training services right there on the site. Additionally, our wonderful Jamie will also be available if you would rather the human touch or have questions. I, Sarah, am a self-professed luddite so I am sure there will be some kinks to work out. We will do our best to correct those as quickly as we are able. We appreciate continued patience as we learn this new system ourselves.

A second update to share is: we are actively changing our course curriculums for both of our beginner classes (puppy and dog) to better meet modern training needs. Because of increased content, those two classes will now be eight weeks instead of six. We are very excited to share these curriculum changes with the new classes starting mid-March!

More to come, but in the meantime, please check out our new site!!! We are so looking forward to where these updates may lead!
