After the work is done, sometimes you just have to stop and appreciate all the beautiful things in our world. Video credit to Brandon Alley and his drone.
Rose, day 6:
Brandon was able to get home early and ride Rose before the rains came. Since he was solo, we just have a video clip (boring but in a good way). She did great going through her gaits with less resistance - and still a great stop. Just think how great that stop could be with some work! Reining horse?
All the work prepping in the fall and clearing snow from the arena this winter is proving to be very beneficial. March 14 and our arena already looks this good? Very pleased and ready to kick off 2018 training.
Now booking for 2018! Please share if you know of someone that could use some help. Our 2017 rates are on the Services tab on our FB page.
Jamie Andress Alley is using our new TR3-E series on our arena. I can't even tell you how amazing the footing is now. Night and day difference.
Chance, day 10: "B":
Part two. After working with him for about 15 minutes, he quieted down and realized the "right" answer was to hold still.
No we are not just sitting around sipping cocoa waiting for Spring 😳
Thank you Jamie for the past 6 very exciting years. Looking forward to our future adventures.
I'll go anywhere, anywhere with you...
Happy anniversary
Fantastic ride with my love :)
Magic, Day 20:
We started out taking a long field ride until we realized that the field had been planted. So we turned around and headed into our back pasture. Magic found his "go" finally and it was lots of fun :) Chose sharing the video over the pics...can't do both on a post here :(
Magic, Day 19:
Tonight while I was away, Jamie and Kayla worked more on loading. You will see about a 10 second hesitation BUT this is the first time he has loaded without following another horse or without encouragement from behind. Great work ladies :)
Pesa, Day 5: post 1 Of 2. Only two days to go in the tune-up so the girls focused on something important for her new job.
Hope, Day 23:
Back to riding tonight, a little arena work then we headed out to the field solo to work on being away from the barn and focusing on the job. Jamie got a quick video of us gaiting towards her; and yes it was super smooth :)
Hope, Day 22:
Video 2 of 2. Sorry for the video, all the helpers were off tonight :)
Hope, Day 22:
With our long venture last night, it was a great time to go back and work on some spraying and loading to keep her mind sharp while giving her body a rest. Video one of two.
Hope, Day 11: post 1 of 2
Check out her video. Pretty cool, although the video is shaky; she was not.
