EDIT: We are back up and running! Please continue to be patient with us as we are playing catch up with all the call-backs we need to make, scheduling, putting in charges and exam notes, etc.

We are just reaching out to let our clients know that our patient system is down. We are unable to look up any patients, medications, look at currently scheduled appointments or schedule new appointments, access the majority of our files, etc. We are trying our very best to do what we can, but we are truly very limited with what we are able to do at this time.

This is very frustrating for us, so we understand it is very frustrating for our clients, as well! We are depending on our clients, however, to be understanding and patient with all of our team members as this is out of our control.

Because of this system-shut-down, we are very likely to have to refer to other clinics or emergency clinics - so again, we depend on our clients to be understanding with us during this time.

We do not currently have an estimated time of when our system will be back up as our IT folks have been working on it for several hours already today.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this is causing!
