Sorry it's been a while but we have been busy. Here is Joplins Christmas picture with gifts from her Christmas Angel 😇. I also included a blooper picture of which I have 49 others like it she was a crack ape this morning.

This girl gave us a scare this morning. I had to perform CPR on her after we believe she choked on her phlegm. The life with an immunocompromised and megaesophagus dog is never boring and most times scary.

You never know what you will overlook when trying to save your dog's life for me it was puke all over her mouth . Listerine for days for me.

She was not happy I interrupted her smap time, lol. This girl loves her outdoor lounge time in the sun.

at her vet appt this morning. She got her talons clipped and thankfully she doesn't have bronchitis or pneumonia just mild sinusitis.

Joplin watching traffic 🚦 out the back window while waiting for her meds and bill. Today's visit came to 💲123.00

She thankfully🙏 doesn't have bronchitis or pneumonia, this is the longest she has gone without lung 🫁 issues. What she does have is a mild case of sinusitis 👃. She will be on antibiotics to help with that and will continue on them for the next 2 months paired with a daily probiotic so we can start working on her gut health to hopefully get her to a good place where she won't have to deal with lung
and sinus issues constantly.

When getting a puppy 🐕 you aren't guaranteed health or a long life. We are doing our best to get Joppy Long Legs to a point where she doesn't have to take daily meds. Our supporters have played a large role in helping with her medical cost ⚕️ and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping get her to her 1st birthday now I am hoping we get her to her 2nd birthday with less health issues.

Joppy long legs had a vet appt with her brother Fawsterman. We thought just quick in and out but they took Fawsterman in for an eye procedure and Joplin they want to keep to do an esophagus study on her to see if she has something going on there that is causing some of her ongoing issues. We will know more later today.
