I hope everyone is out enjoying this nice weather we have been having. If not, you better get out here and get some riding in. I wanted to give everyone a heads up, starting August 16th permit sells will start again for the 2024-25 trail season. I'll post the new permit form sometime in July. Mark those calendars!! 📆

FYI: If you’re having issues with the lock, it has to be on the code and closed before you change the numbers. The lock will not lock if it’s on different numbers. It has to be on the code to lock.

The hill across from the bat cave that falls off into the creek has been blocked off. Continuous use will cause the road to wash out more and we don’t need that. Besides, we have plenty of other great fun places to ride and explore.

ERV Riders..
If you own a home/lot in the Elkmont Rural Village you do not have to purchase permits to ride with us. Anyone you would want to ride with you or just to piggyback off you owning property in the village will need to purchase permits to ride before doing so.
So, if you own it, you ride it, if you don't own it, you buy it.

Just a quick reminder. It is your responsibility to keep your camp site neat and clean. Have several sites not being maintained. Please do so, so you can continue to camp here at Sulphur Creek. Also, everyone say a prayer for Debra Mason a member with us, she had an accident Saturday. Thanks!!

A big thanks to Jim Jones and Jim Camby for helping mark trails yesterday. It was much appreciated. In the coming days more work will be done until completed but trails will not be closed.

Just a reminder this Saturday, July 15th will be a trail marking day. For those of you that have reached out to help please bring a hammer. The trails will be closed to horses as UTV's will be in use.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFO:

Tomorrow we will have people on site cutting trees on the main road leaving the campground toward the creek. Stay clear of this area. Work is to take place staring around 8:30am and the gate will be left open while this is taking place. Please do not close it, it will be closed later in the day.

Just a quick reminder.
With the weather finally starting to cooperate, (no rain and somewhat warmer) remember you have to have a permit to ride with us, if you bring a guest you have to have a guest pass. If you have a permit in another members name and that person can not ride with you, that doesn't mean you can bring someone else in on that permit. Permits are assigned to a member or as a open guest pass only.
