Effective immediately, a $25 deposit is required for new clients at the time of scheduling their first appointment. This deposit will be applied to the cost of the groom on the day of the appointment. If the appointment is missed or not rescheduled with a 24-hour notice, the deposit will not be refunded.

I want everyone to see this. THIS is why I refuse to use these tools. They are very dangerous and, even seasoned, professional groomers can make mistakes. If you have one of these, throw it in the trash. I have never personally used one but, I have seen situations similar to this. Worst invention ever.
