I started the business because I love animals and do not like putting my own pets in a kennel when I am out of town. The business initially started as your typical pet sitting business. I would take care of your dog, cats or small animals in your home. At a client's request I started accepting what I call my "Home Away from Home" pet sitting option. "Home Away from Home" pet sitting service allows

your dog to come and stay with my family as one of our own. As time went on I found this service was desired by many pet owners so for dogs this is currently the only service I offer. My home will become a second home for your pet and a vacation of their own. The stress to your dog is minimal and they will get plenty of TLC. You will come home to a very tired dog who will most likely sleep a lot for the first few days home from having so much fun on their vacation.

Look at this handsome boy!

Fletcher is wondering why nobody wants him. He is such a good boy and has waited so long. He loves people and other dogs. At 8 months old he weighed in at 42 lbs. He can feel intimidated by larger males, but gets that play hop going with the medium sized pups and the girls.

His foster mom has been working to curb his enthusiastic greetings and not to jump on people. He crates well, walks on leash (fostered without a fenced yard in Annapolis) and mostly leaves the cats alone,, but does want to play with them which they don't always care for.

He is housebroken and will be a loyal companion. Yup .. he is mixed with some Pit .and 'Aussie and lab ..(as per initial owner who had the momma dog) .. but please don't overlook this sweetheart for that reason!

Wilbur such a silly boy! He is basically blind but has no problem navigating my house probably because I have watched him for 10+ years. He just started going blind about 2 years ago. He still goes out my doggie door and navigates my back yard and back into the house with no problems. He likes just chillin in the crate.
