Completes all bath and brush needs for breeds independently.

Follows all policies and procedures and is required to pass yearly safety certification.

Performs nail trim services.

Answers phone and makes appointments. Conducts reminder calls.

Maintains detailed customer history by recording services performed on pets in the TouchPoint computer.

Able to check in/check out pets including proper filling out of client records/receipts, filing of salon records, call back programs, booking, and entry of appointments in appointment book and TouchPoint.

Maintains a high level of cleanliness, sanitation, and humane conditions for all pets in the grooming area. Maintenance will be performed throughout the day, including end of day cleaning in accordance with the maintenance checklist.

Assists and works in other departments as required. Other duties may be assigned.
