Casper, here is a Parson Russell Terrier, not to be confused with the Jack Russell Terrier.

They both are closely related breeds developed for fox hunting by Reverend John "Jack" Russell (a parson=clergyman) in the early 1800s.
The only difference between the two is that the Parson Russell generally have longer legs and are slightly taller than the Jack Russell, who tend to be more compact.
