After raising her litter of 11 adorable puppies, 2-year-old Faye is ready to find her own forever home.
A couple weeks ago, Faye wowed everyone at a busy adoption event, staying calm and sweet amidst the chaos of puppies, dogs, and people. Here’s a glimpse of Faye meeting a family who had adopted one of her pups—they loved their puppy so much, they came back just to meet her!
Faye also loves to play and would thrive in a home with a fenced yard, where she can run around with kids, adults, or other dogs. She’s truly a happy, laid-back mom who’s ready for her next adventure. Could that be with you?

Help! We continue to be very short on volunteers to walk dogs EVERY day at 9 am, noon and 6 pm! This morning and the past two nights, we've only had one volunteer to help staff walk all of the dogs. We make sure they get their needs met, but if we have volunteers, they can get longer walks and have fun in the SNOW! Plus then staff can focus on other needs at the shelter.
This is Tiff from Monday evening after the big snow. She's a 2 year old sweet mama dog of our "G" litter puppies - only 36 lbs! She's noisy in her crate, but get her outside and she'll show you her true personality.

Thank you to volunteers that came in yesterday despite the snow to help us get all of the dogs walked! Sassy arrived from Kentucky on Saturday, so good chance this was her first time in the snow - and she LOVED it! We need volunteers to walk the dogs 365 days/year at 9, noon and 6, and the more volunteers we have, the more time each dog can spend playing outside! Stop by today - or any day! (Walkers must be 18 years or older for liability reasons.)

This is a first for us. We took 27 dogs and puppies from Dallas and they were flown up for us. The wings of rescue flew then up and we picked them up from Frederick. We are hoping that it will increase our adoptions. We have lots of little dogs for you to pick from. We will get them on petfinder soon ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
