Abandoned dog at the Battlefield Golf Course. Our shelters are beyond full but dumping your dog isn’t helpful to anyone, especially the dog!

Please message us if you recognize this dog. He doesn’t deserve this. 💔

I think about when Cricket was in her kennel at the shelter, she was always on guard, never relaxed, not like this. I am so grateful to be able to foster her through her surgery and healing but this is temporary. I have 4 dogs, 2 females who are dog reactive. As much as I love Cricket, and I really do, she just can’t stay here. Where is her forever home? I don’t get it it. Isn’t there a person or a family without cats, with a laid back dog, or no dog, that wants a loving loyal obedient dog? It is going to break my heart to take her back to the place that was literally driving her crazy, the place that she lived for over 16 months..the shelter.
