We can't overstate the importance of exercise and potty breaks but there is a lot more to a than just movement and "taking care of business." The dogs we walk also benefit from companionship and socialization opportunities with humans outside of their immediate family, stress and anxiety relief because exercise has been shown to lower cortisol levels in dogs, and a whole lot of fun!
