Welcome to the rescue, Tech Deck and Tamagotchi!

These two were taken in by someone who ultimately couldn’t keep them due to personal reasons. They are now safe with Mosh Pits & Kits. These two will get spayed/neutered (once theyre a little older), vaccinated, treated for parasites, and spoiled with treats and snuggles until their forever human guardians adopt them 🖤

Please consider sending some supplies off our wishlist for these guys! Right now, our biggest need is kitty litter and dry kitten food (yellow bag) - but every single thing sent is appreciated and put to use! Donate whatever you feel called to 🙂 (donations are not tax deductible, sorry).

Adoptable black cat Jett says happy Black Friday! Here she is enjoying some treats and catnip on a cardboard scratcher for some enrichment. I try to make sure my fosters with Mosh Pits & Kits Rescue all get some sort of enrichment every day, whether it’s catnip, treats, or extra playtime.

With supplies being used everyday for enrichment (and the regular feeding and cleaning and what not), we go through supplies rather quickly - and will be going through them even faster as I’m preparing to take more kitties in need into the rescue soon!

This Black Friday, there’s quite a few deals on Amazon for things on our wishlist, from cleaning supplies to cat necessities to fun things like kitty furniture. ✂️🥜 congrats to (former) stray/community cat Olly on getting neutered today! I was more than happy to help this guy get neutered and return him to his new ✨indoor home with loving human guardians and kitty siblings✨

Olly was part of a stray cat colony that hangs out around my grandparents’ house. They have several regular feeders and caregivers, and thankfully one of those households decided to take Olly inside and live with them. Thank you to them for caring for him and for covering all the costs associated with his neuter. All I did was schedule the appointment and help transport him 🙂

Reminder: PLEASE get your pets spayed and neutered. Please. Cats especially. There’s way too many homeless cats living in the streets, in shelters, being given away for free to whoever is willing to take them, etc. If you need help getting your pet - or community cats - fixed, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE reach out! There’s so many organizations and individuals willing to help you get them fixed. I mean it.

Cold? We were too until we snagged one of our warm, cozy beanies!

You can support your favorite record store while keepin' your noggin from letting all your heats go bye bye into the abyss.

While we're talking about it getting cold out there, make sure to grab a bumper sticker that supports Mosh Pits & Kits Rescue, a local entity looking to better the lives of animals near and far.

Come Dig the Den today from 11-6pm inside the Arnot Mall, and since we all got an extra hour of sleep, we should all be ready to jump out of the bed to start the day off strong 🫣

TRICK OR TREAT 🎃

These kitties love being spoiled in foster with pets, treats, and catnip, but would love a home of their own! Joan and Jett can be adopted together, but would be alright getting adopted separately - preferably to a home with another social cat in it 🐈‍⬛

These girls are spayed, had their first shots, and have been treated with flea prevention and dewormer. They’re great with other cats and tolerate my dog just fine as well 🙂

There is an adoption fee for each cat/kitten that stays within the rescue to help fund each cats’ care. Last photo of this post lists what each cat gets prior to adoption that the fee covers.

🖤🤍Forever home update - Disco, now Binx🤍🖤

Disco is loving his new life with his forever guardian! I’m told he has officially settled in and is super vocal when he wants food or attention. He’s also responding to his new name, Binx. Congratulations and thank you to his human guardian for adopting!

Welcome to the rescue, Oreo & Cali! These two bob-tailed (not visible in these pics, but they were born with just nubs for tails) former community cats are the siblings to Piñata, Disco, & Confetti (who have all been adopted!). These two had some pretty spicy personalities, and with limited space we couldn’t take them in at the same time as their siblings, but I promised I’d come back for them - and I did! Thank you to their former caregiver for taking them in, feeding them, and socializing them! I can’t wait to see their personalities start to come out while in foster.

Unfortunately, mom cat left the property once her kittens were weaned, and hasn’t been seen since then.

Oreo & Cali will be getting spayed/neutered and all that later this month, and will be available for adoption after that.

Adoptable kitties Monqiue & Jett are getting ready for Halloween! These two girls (and Jett’s sister, Joan, not pictured here as she wasn’t in the mood to take photos) are looking for the best treat of all - a forever home 🎃🏠

All Mosh Pits & Kits kitties are spayed/neutered, vaccinated for rabies and feline distemper, and treated with flea prevention and dewormer. There is an adoption fee to cover the veterinary expenses (see last pic). 100% of the fee stays within the rescue and goes directly towards cat care. 🐈‍⬛
