Federal building in it's night time mode.

Most of the sanding is done and all cement chipped out. Now we have the tedious job of tying in the flooring to try and make it blend in as much as possible. It is hard work but will look absolutely beautiful when complete! :)

Hard work bringing this building back to life but it will be well worth it. Going to make these floors beautiful again! :)

Some life coming back into the old building!!! :) ...... Floors in the process of being refinished for a new Taphouse that will be opening here soon. More pics to follow as it progresses.

Working on remodeling some rooms that a new Taphouse will be utilizing. Would you beleive the previous tentants in this building covered these floors up with carpet! Here are some pictures after carpet was removed and still covered in glue. Once we remove the glue it will look like the pictures I attached showing the lobby floors. We thought there would be wood floors under the carpet but boy were we happily surprised

Question?
We are working on renovating the court house to be a nice event center :) ..... here are a few pictures of the floor that was under the carpet. Floors are in good shape but in the past some of the flooring was cut out to run wires and filled in with cement patching. We also included a few old carpet pictures. Looking for opinions on flooring.

A) New decorative carpet
B ) Refinish hard wood and chip out cement patching to fill in with new wood.
C ) Go over flooring with a nice vinyl

What are your thoughts?
