So an Injured Raptor managed to find itself outside of Dr. Klock’s house.

If any wildlife rehabers take raptors please let me know he will check him out and help him the best he can but he looks like he needs some long term cate

Frenchie Puppy!!!

A year ago I had just quit my job and basically had no Idea what to do with myself. Now I’m sitting at an entire table of people who make up the greatest Veterinary team I could ask for. Hard work and respecting your employees really does pay off. I’m so happy to come to work everyday with you all.

Boots ate 5 feet of thread and got it stuck under his tounge. It stretched all the way down to the bottom of his small intestine. We were able to see the thread on ultrasound and get him in to surgery. We needed to make 3 different cuts into his intestines to get all the thread out. He is doing great and came in for his recheck today.

Let play a guessing game!!

Luna the Squirrel and Lola the dog have both had significant dental work done. Neither has all their teeth left.

Guess the total number of teeth they have left combined. Closest guess wins a $20 credit for veterinary care.

Will post the results at noon EST on July 4th.

If multiple correct guess are made we will draw a winner out of a hat.

Dogs have 42 teeth normally
Grey Squirrels have 22 normally.

This pair have had 20 of there teeth removed.

Our favorite 2 legged Friend Tootsie came in today to get a check up since she is going to star in a comercial for the ASPCA next week. Good news she is ready for her close up!!

Be careful of the acorns this summer. Poor Cooper ate one and it got stuck. Acorns have tannins which cause the intestines to swell around them and they easily get stuck. Luckily we were able to do emergency surgery and get this little guy fixed up. No more acorns for you Cooper!
