We got in some really beautiful wild caught Discus in our last Peru import! Eating like champs too. Sometimes they can be a tough fish to keep but starting with a nice healthy group definitely helps things go much easier 🙂

Our locally bred Ellioti Cichlids are an absolute hit! So many return customers on these guys. They’re a subspecies of the Firemouth Cichlid but far more docile, and wildly colorful as well. Still have a bunch of these babies in stock 🙂

We love a good oddball, and Chinese Perch are just that 🇨🇳 A badass fish that has a similar pulcher-style jaw of a Datnoid. We love their funky colors and patterns too! Still a few of these left.

Check out these Sailfin Gobies that we recently got in! They add such a nice touch to the bottom of your tank, and are a really great size too! Really loving the red coming in on that dorsal fin and those bright blue eyes, definitely a fish that only will continue to get nicer with time.

We’re hiring! We have part time positions available at our retail store in Elmwood Park NJ. Job entails helping customers, caring for the fish and general store upkeep. It is a fast paced, humid environment, with physical work that never ends 😊 You don’t need to know everything about aquariums but you’ll need to have a mindset that can adapt and learn.

We will be collecting applications before conducting any interviews. Pick one up in person or message us “application” and your email address ti receive a blank copy to fill out and email back to us.

Here’s a different option in comparison to alot of the other big Catfish you see! These Widehead Driftwood Catfish (Clarotes laticeps) originate in many different parts of Africa and max out around 3’ in the wild. A nice active fish too! We notice these guys really help in keeping all the fish this huge tank moving.
