The Pet of the Day is Red!

🐾❤️ Handsome, Smart & Fun! ❤️🐾

Red is well-trained: he was one of THREE puppies our friends at R+ Dog took in for us after a tornado hit a foster’s home all the way back in March! 💜 Unfortunately he's growing up in rescue, soon he’ll be 10 months old.

He knows basic commands (obviously) and he’s also done nosework! That means he loves using his incredible sense of smell to find hidden scents.

👉 Fun Games to Play with Red:
🎁 Hide treats and let him sniff them out
🔍 Scent trails: drag a treat along the ground and let him follow the trail

We were so fortunate to have a professional trainer raise Red. He has been well trained and well socialized. The only thing missing is his forever home. He’s ready to share his skills (and cuddles) with a family who wants to bond with him and love him forever.

Housetrained, funny, and gorgeous!
Mya is a silly, sassy girl and Niko is a big ole cuddlebug. Somebody take these babies home!

We had a great day at Petsmart!
Wade’s adoption finalized, Appa was adopted, Pluto went on a foster to adopt, Nessie was adopted, Maisie went to foster care, we had several visits from previous adopters, kids took turns hanging out in the puppy pen, volunteers showed up decked out in their pink rrrrescuewear to walk dogs and take photos, 💖 💕.
