I love him so much.

I kept it.
First time I have ever had a horse lose a tooth in front of me.
We were practicing showing his teeth to a judge.. and his tooth practically fell out in my hand.

Shayla did great too.

We have been working Dreamer on speed and confidence. He is lazy but doing well.

Chex has been a little pistol and she is so full of herself lately.

Lots of fun at the barn last night.
Emily came out to get to know Wrangler

Wendell got his first horseback ride in.

Chex did really well, Brody rode her around the arena, practiced turning, stopping, and backing.

We worked Dreamer on gait changes, and speeding up.

Arrow was the bestest boy, he's so calm and sweet.
Emily and Brody both rode him around while I lead them. :)

Took the boys out for some bomb proofing practice. They all did so good.

I led Kody through everything, then I rode him through all the obstacles too. The only obstacle that stumped him was the mud box.

Grimm did decent with Brody, he was having some confusion with the rope gate.. so we will have to work on that a little bit.
He thinks that every cue is a side passing cue and just gets really overwhelmed.

Arrow was amazing.. I love that little man so much.
He was calm, collected and willing.
Nothing scared him and he gave everything his best try. Such a good kid.
I even lead Brody through it all at the walk and trot. We just need to practice on straighten out his backing.

This sour little sassy monster is Flame and she is Spitfire's mom... the last time I trimmed her she was a nightmare. Not only does she have awful feet. But she rears, strikes, kicks, and slams you into the fence.

But this time... she got her exercise and some work with manners.
Huge difference .. I was able to trim her and she never moved.
Is she still a demon in pony form.. I'm sure of it.
But she was much easier to trim this time. Thank goodness... even if it did take an hour to catch her.

We did Magic on Main Street with the horses this weekend.

It was Travs official last parade.. had me bawling like a baby. We gave him some pain meds and he was so happy to get to go.

Sam's daughter rode Wrangler, William rode Dreamer, Brody took Chex, and I took Arrow.
Arrow was awesome, he handles things so great.

Wrangler earning his keep lol We had him help plow the arena for the first time the other day. He got over half of it down before he started losing momentum. I'm pretty proud of him.
