With heavy hearts, we share that Cinnamon has crossed the rainbow bridge. If you’ve stepped into the clinic in the last 10 or so years, you have most likely had the privilege of being greeted by him. Cinnamon brought so much joy to the clinic, from sunbathing by the windows to following staff around. He always remained unfazed by the barking dogs, and his gentle yet fearless spirit will always be with us. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten. 🧡🧡

Dear Community,

After much consideration, we have decided to update our clinic's policies on payment plans and "no-call/no-show" appointments. We aim to provide our community with the best possible veterinary care that we can. More and more often, we find ourselves turning away pet owners needing help because of a "full schedule," only to sit through numerous empty appointment blocks. With these changes, we hope to fill more empty spaces with much-needed care.

These changes will be going into effect on September 3, 2024. Please reach out to us with questions or concerns pertaining to our policies, and thank you for your cooperation as we work to serve our community more efficiently!
