🎄🎅🏻Some important reminders for the holiday season! We are extremely busy making all of your pups beautiful and smelling great for the holidays. We appreciate your cooperation as we have entered the busiest time of year! As of right now we ARE taking new clients but we are booking into January and February and have no appointments left for December!

Please be punctual for your appointments and check your calendars and check them twice! We really have no wiggle room when it comes to December so if you need to move an appointment you may have to wait until January or February.

No shows and late cancellations affect us personally and financially! We require 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Not providing us with proper notice will result in a fee of 50 percent of the service booked. Same day cancellations or no shows will result in 100 pecent of payment for the service booked. We apologize if it may sound harsh but we also have families to provide for and missing appointments causes tremendous loss for us and we work very hard to accommodate your schedule!

Although we may need extra grooming time here and there due to being so busy we ask that you be punctual with pick ups during all of December! We will give an estimated pick up time and always send a text when your pup is ready! Please plan to pick them up within a half hour of receiving the text! If you need to leave them for longer please let us know ahead of time so we can make sure we have kennel space. We have limited kennel space especially for larger dogs and with being so busy we need all of the available kennels!

Please be patient with us as we are doing our very best and we do not have receptionists. It may take a little bit to get back to messages. We appreciate all of you so very much and we can’t wait to make your holidays a little easier by having your pups ready and feeling great! 🎄🎅🏻🐾

The hot weather is on its way so just letting everyone know if you have not booked your summer appointment we are already booking into August and September! We stay very busy so that means if you need to reschedule an appointment we may not be able to get you back on the schedule in a timely manner but we will try our best. Also any cancellations or reschedules MUST be done with 24 hours notice. Any cancellations/reschedules/no shows that are done without adequate notice will be charged a fee for that appointment. We can’t wait to keep your pups cool for the summer! ☀️🕶️🍉

🐾We thought maybe we could attract your attention to this long post with a cute puppy!🐶 We unfortunately have to do a little refresh and be a little more strict on our policies as of lately. We have had several last minute cancellations and late arrivals that it has gotten a little frustrating for us. Please understand that while we do love our jobs, this is also our business and how we provide for ourselves and our families. Appointments with us should be treated the same as any other service provider. If you need to cancel an appointment, you will need to provide 24 hours notice or you will be charged a cancellation fee as this can be unfair to us as a business and also other clients who may have been able to fill the spot with another pup in need. Remember we work with our hands and have our attention on our dogs in the salon at all times so it takes extra time out of our day to try to find someone to fill your spot if you have cancelled without adequate notice. We do provide you with reminder texts and/or emails sent out at least 24 prior to your appointment. It is your responsibility to make sure we have your correct cell phone number and the correct number for the person you want to be the primary receiver of our text reminders and ready for pick up texts. We ask that you please respect our time as we respect yours. We also set appointments to make sure our days run as efficiently and smoothly as we can while working with unpredictable dogs. So arriving late can be very frustrating to us and also unfair to our other clients and their dogs who arrive on time. Even 5 minutes late can set our day very behind as we plan our days accordingly by setting appointment times especially when a lot of clients have multiple pets that take up multiple time slots or large breeds that take up multiple time slots. This also ensures that we provide the best care for each dog while not having to worry about rushing because we had late arrivals. Late arrivals will be charged a late fee with no exceptions. We have a 3 strike rule and consistent late arrivals/ last minute cancellations or no shows will result in refusal of service.

We do understand that things come up and emergencies happen! We totally get it! We are human too! It is also winter and weather related cancellations will happen. If you know you are running late, please contact us so we can plan for it. It takes extra time out of our already busy days to try to get ahold of you if you are already late. We also do our best to always be there for everyone and never cancel on our end. This is not meant to be personal but our policies and service fees are put in place to ensure respect, fairness and accommodate as many pups as we can as we would love to take more new dogs! We love all our clients and want to continue to provide the best service for everyone! Thank you all for understanding💕🥰🐾🐾

Hi Guys! Just wanted to give a quick update on Brittany’s schedule before maternity leave! She will be working until June 9th the week before her baby is due but that does not mean that she has availability for then! All spots have been filled up until then except for a couple unclaimed spots right at the beginning of May. Other than that unless there are cancellations she does not have any more spots until she returns in September and a lot of those are already getting claimed as well! So as always please plan ahead!!! We cannot stress this enough. Brittany loves her clients and wants to do everything she can for them before she is out for a couple months so to make it easier always plan ahead and keep track of your appointments!

If you are a client of Kallie’s we also ask that you plan ahead as well! Summer is coming and she is already booking into July due to vacation time and Brittany being on maternity leave. It makes it easier on us and you guys if you make multiple appointments to keep your pups on a regular schedule but also keep track of those and always stay ahead of your appointments!! We are very busy girls and we do everything ourselves so we want to make it easier on you and us!! With that being said please be patient with us as we will do our best to accommodate everyone and get back to messages! Thank you to our wonderful clients💕🐾🐶

‼️Important information please read‼️

We know we have been a little MIA from our social media lately but that’s just because we’ve been so busy! We wanted to pop on here and give a couple updates. First, our groomer Brittany is expecting her second baby in June!🥰 This means if you are a client of Brittany’s please make sure you are rebooking your future appointments and for when she returns from her maternity leave. Don’t worry she will be back! Also please know if you need to cancel an appointment she will do her best to accommodate you but we cannot guarantee another appointment if it is close to May or June! We are still not taking new clients at this time❗️

We also have a few policy updates since January. There are pricing changes, late arrival, no show and cancellation policy changes. We have had a posted sign right at check in so please make sure you read it at drop off and refer to it regarding any further policies and pricing changes.

Lastly, our hours have changed a bit. We are open Tuesday’s 10am-7pm and Wednesday through Friday 8am-4pm. We are appointment based and sometimes hours vary meaning if some days we need to close early we are able to do so as long as everyone is picked up in a timely manner after we notify you that your dog is ready. If you need to leave your dog for any reason later than the pickup time please let us know at check in so we can accommodate that but please make sure that
you pick up before our posted closing hours. We will be closed now on Saturdays except for one in March. We have been working so hard since we began our grooming careers 13 years ago that it can take a toll on our bodies. With our growing families we think we have earned an extra day of rest and time with our family to prepare for the next week ahead. With that being said we will do our best to accommodate any day other than Saturday but please be aware our evening appointments on Tuesdays fill very fast and usually are full months ahead of time. If you need an evening you must book them in advance.

Thank you to all of our wonderful clients who continue to keep us so busy!🥰 We are so grateful and love seeing each and every one of you. We know that might be a lot of information at once but we just wanted to clarify some things and give a few updates! 🐶🐾
