Meet Kenai! This very handsome boy came in after his pawrents noticed him shaking his head. Dr. M and his care team members were able to perform an exam and ear cytology which showed that he had an infection. He was able to receive a spa worthy ear cleaning with peanut butter to keep him focused before instilling medication into the ear to help him feel better.

We know that accidents happen! Worry not, is open 365! Meet Ranger, he ate a peach pit! His care team members were there to get him to vomit it after a dose of an anti emetic was given to him. He was the best boy! We hope you’re staying out of foreign objects peachy boy 🍑

Meet Bandit! His owner noticed a bot fly inside of him. But fear not as was here to care for his needs! Dr M decided best course of treatment for this boy was to clip and clean the area after the botfly was removed from him. He was sent home with some wipes so the owners can continue to clean the affected area. Of course he got our certificate 😍
🚨CUTEST PUPPY ALERT🚨
Meet Dahlia! She came in to because her pawrents noticed her eye was red. Dr M determined the best course of action would be to run a diagnostic on her eye. An analgesic was placed on her eye to get better results of the fluorescein stain. She was diagnosed with conjunctivitis and was sent home with an ointment for her eyes. We hope you’re feeling comfortable sweet girl!
Ares the Great Dane and Prometheus the Belgian Malinois both came in with ear infections. After running an ear cytology, we sent them home with the right medications to get those ears feeling better in no time! 💙

Did you know grapes can be toxic for dogs? Stella, a sweet Pomeranian, found this out the hard way. Thankfully, her pet parents acted fast and brought her to UrgentVet. We induced vomiting to safely get the grape out and kept her comfortable afterward. 💙

Pictured here, we have the team obtaining a blood sample from Oakley who came in to for vomiting and diarrhea. His results were pancreatitis. His care team members also took some xrays which helped identify foreign material. Quick action and diagnostic testing were crucial in saving Oakley's life. With the heat still in full swing, remember that our furry friends feel it too! Walking your dog in hot weather can lead to heatstroke and other injuries. Here's why: Concrete and asphalt retain heat, making it much hotter for your pet, and these surfaces can burn their paw pads. When it’s above 80-85 degrees, it’s best to walk your dog in the early morning or at dusk. If that’s not possible, keep walks short and stay on the grass. Always provide plenty of water and watch for signs of heatstroke, such as excessive panting, drooling, lethargy, and confusion. If you notice any of these, bring your pet to us right away.

Meet Teddy! This BIG puppy came in after he was experiencing diarrhea. He was brought into and Dr M determined best course of action for him would be to look into his stool. Teddys care team members found some parasites in his stool! 🦠 He was administered some fluids and was sent home with a medication that would begin to get rid of all those parasites. We hope you’re feeling comfortable, Teddy!

Meet Chili 🌶️
She came in to after she was having diarrhea and was vomiting. After Dr M did her exam, her treatment plan consisted of bloodwork and radiographs. She was diagnosed with gastroenteritis. With hearts full of compassion, her care team members administered an anti nausea injection and administered fluids. She was sent home with an antacid and a probiotic. It was our pleasure to treat you, sweet girl! ❤️

This sweet boy came in after he was sneezing. Dr M did an in house diagnostic to look into his eyes and eliminate a corneal abrasion. Ultimately, he was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection. He was sent home with an antibiotic to get him feeling better ☺️

Winnie came to see us after his owners noticed he was having trouble urinating. His pawrents wanted to try a medicated route for the time being.
