A couple things I wanted to touch base on before the next litter of Miniature Schnauzers arrive.

*Please apply before inquiring 25$ refundable fee required. All we need is for you to send your email for us to send you the application. You will then submit the application and we will get back to you in a timely matter and in the order it was received.

*I do offer payment plans, so if you think you may need one please reach out now to get it started.

*We do payment plans through Camlist(they have buyer & seller protection) if you do not qualify(they do credit checks) we do 90 day payment plans.

* I am accepting reservations, a reservations will reserve a pup boy and/or girl. You will then be added to a list and will be able to pick in the order the reservation was received as of now we have no one on a list.
( please note reservations NR)

* Each pup will recieve vaccines, microchip and deworming before they go home.

*There will be no negotiation on their fee

*If you are a returning adopter we offer a discount of 200 off pups 2.k.+
If you are a senior, first responder, or military we offer a 10% if you happen to be all 3 it's 30% off as well.

*Please be sure to speak with your significant other/room mate/ guardian to make sure everyone is on board before you reserve your furever friend. Deposits are non refundable.

Keep in mind we potty train our puppies before they leave to their new homes. It is your responsibility as the new owner to keep then on their schedule to prevent accidents in your home. Yes in your home. Puppies must be kept inside until they're fully vaccinated

The purchase of a well bred puppy did not sentence another dog to death.
The purchase of a well bred puppy did not cause an increase in the number of dogs in shelter.
Someone wanting a dog with a predictable temperament from healthy lineage did not cause another dog to not get adopted.
Someone's meticulous research and support of only the most responsible of breeders is not the problem. It is not what you should be mad at. It is not what you should be pushing the blame onto.
I am not the one who brought these dogs into the world irresponsibly and left them in a shelter. Responsible breeders are not the ones who put dogs into shelters either.
It is my home, my life, and my choice of what kind of dog to bring into it. Maybe I needed a working dog, a sport dog, or simply a companion puppy to raise of a breed I enjoy. No matter the reason, the choice to support a reputable breeder did not send a shelter dog to its death.
A breeder who health tests, temperament tests, studies pedigrees, proves a dog worthy of being bred, and only breeds when doing so is of benefit to the breed is not contributing to the number of homeless dogs.
The number of homeless dogs in the world is a problem, but it is not a problem exacerbated by reputable breeders and those who purchase from them.
Your neighbor down the street who refuses to contain his unaltered dogs IS contributing to the problem.
Your friend who impulse bought a dog at Pet Land IS contributing to the problem.
That guy on Craigslist pumping out the trendiest designer mix as fast as he can IS contributing to the problem.
Your relative who just HAS to let their dog have one litter “so she can experience motherhood” or because “she’s just so sweet” IS contributing to the problem.
Your old high school classmate who bought a high energy working breed without taking the time to research its needs and realize it was not a good fit for their household ahead of time IS contributing to the problem.
A reputable breeder offers their lifelong support. A reputable breeder would never allow their dogs to end up in a shelter to begin with. A reputable breeder makes it a contractual obligation to return dogs they have produced back to them should you find yourself unable of keeping it.
It is understandable to be angry about the number of homeless dogs in the world, but if you take a deeper look, you will find your anger is misplaced.
If you take a deeper look, you will find reputable breeders and those of us who purchase from them are just as angry, we are just pointing fingers at the right causes.

In conclusion, Blaming responsible breeders for shelter dogs is like blaming Harvard graduates for crack babies.

90 day payment plan is when you pay a certain amount at first and then you have 90 days to pay off your puppy while in our possession. With this option you still have the benefit of having a better trained and well disciplined and obedient puppy.

Prices vary by: Coat, Color, Pattern, and Registry. We finance through Camlist in which they use several creditors and a couple you may have heard of such as: Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay. This will prevent any puppies or adult dogs being sent to the shelter. The only reason we don't refund the deposit is because we use the extra time to find them new homes and more permanent homes.

If you inquire on a pup and you do any of the following don't be upset when you get blocked.

1. Open my message and never reply

2. Have the audacity to say "I can find cheaper" and not feel comfortable filling out a lengthy application because I AM THE ONE who decides if YOU are fit to even adopt one from me.

3. Have to come meet the puppy and not adopt

4. Try to get out of signing the contract best believe there are NO REFUNDS on your deposit

5. I don't do holds unless you $ to reserve idc if you get upset really Karen I don't save me some time and block me instead.

6. Want me to "lower" the price before you even meet me and be rude about it. I could have done it if you weren't coming on strong and especially if we never met in person.

7. I only accept serious inquiries so don't go on asking me a million questions for nothing open and reply to my other messages and ghost me when it's time to let me know. I will move on.You will be blocked

8. If you have no vet references and try to bs me and say "it's against HIPPA" think again because your IQ seems to be very low.

9. Say stuff like "I get that you think you're the best and all" nope I'm not but the puppies are and they're of quality🤷‍♀️.

10. I will not give you 2 puppies because then that will cause littermate syndrome or any of the opposite s*x for you to inbreeding. "OH I won't breed them" how do I know that for a fact? I also don't repeat myself you'd just get blocked.

11. Ask me to trade with you when your pups have not had ANY testing done.

12. Don't threaten me by asking me for my breeding license just because you have a "disability" and need an "emotional support animal" and "you need to lower the price" because that is not a service dog and I do not provide those either. It's so simple to find put your address and report you to the local police for harassment 😌❤️

AND FYI

My pups all come genetic, health, ofa, DNA, BAER tests and come with a health guarantee so never ask me to lower the value of my babies because of the value you don't hold in your pocket. Tests depend on the breed and I have 3 kind. Especially when I offer financing through Camlist which has buyer and seller protection. Other breeders may not offer this option but I'm not here to tear down other breeders either because all babies need homes♥️. I also offer a 90 day PP(PaymentPlan) meaning I hold until your payments are complete, or do the classic way and deposit to reserve. I offer free grooming, and boarding for life at no charge. You must schedule with me beforehand. Repeat adopters 'typically' get 200 off if pups are 1.9k and up. If you made a reservation and decide to back out you have until my next upcoming litter(s) within 3 months to move your reservation over. P R I C E S all depend on if you want pet only, BR(Br33d1ng R1Ghts), Color, coat pattern, texture, and br33d.

My advice is free to any beginner breeder who needs it because I've had lots of help from other fellow breeders who weren't selfish about their knowledge♥️ thank you.
