We’re looking for a Part-Time Farmer to join our team! If you love plants, getting your hands in the dirt, and working with a like-minded community, this might be the perfect fit for you.

About the Role: 🥬 Work in our hydroponic grow room 🌞 Help maintain our outdoor farm (spring & summer) 🍅 Assist with plant care & harvesting for our restaurant and market

What We’re Looking For: 🌿 1-3 years of plant growing experience 💧 Hydroponic experience is a plus 💪 Can lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods 🪜 Comfortable working on a 6-ft ladder 🙌 Able to work independently and take initiative 📚 Willing to learn—training provided!

Getting Back to Our Roots ❤️🌱

This past week, we’ve been deep in staff training, preparing for the launch of our new menu on Valentine’s Day. But beyond learning new dishes and refining our service, we’ve been reflecting on what truly makes Grow + Gather and The Feedery special: our people.

At the heart of our community is our team—a few of whom have been with us since the very beginning. This week, we took time to honor three incredible employees who have helped shape who we are today:

✨ Margie – Our grower, our green thumb, and the backbone of our farm operations. Margie has been with us since before we even opened our doors, nurturing everything from our greenhouse to our hydro room and beyond.

✨ Emma – From bartender to dishwasher, from general manager to events manager, Emma has done it all. Her dedication and passion have played a key role in shaping the guest experience from day one.

✨ Jesus – A cornerstone of our kitchen, Jesus has been with us through every challenge—including the ups and downs of COVID. His resilience and loyalty have kept our kitchen thriving, and now he’s even brought his grandson, Manny, into our family.

As we launch our new menu on Valentine’s Day, we’re reminded that our food is about more than just ingredients—it’s about the people who bring it to life and the community they create.

From tiny seeds to flourishing plants, our tomatoes have made incredible progress in just a few weeks! 🌱🍅 Despite Denver’s snowy winter, they’ve grown to an impressive 14 inches tall since we planted them on December 19th. Thanks to the warmth of our greenhouse and full-spectrum LED lights, they’ve been thriving even in the chilliest weather.
