Celebrating Christmas season by showing off some of our staff kitties around the Christmas trees! Say hello to Peaches, Chorizo, and Penelope.

We are celebrating Christmas by having Santa come and take photos with pets. Please stop by our hospital on Saturday December 21st from 11am-1pm to get a photo of your fur baby with Santa Paws. You will get a 4x6 photo as a gift from us to you. In the spirit of giving, if you wish to make a donation of any kind we will be giving all donations made to the local rescues we work with.

Canine influenza, or “dog flu,” is a highly contagious respiratory illness that can be passed from dog to dog. It typically starts with a cough and can be mistaken for the more common and well-known Bordetella. In some cases, canine influenza can progress to pneumonia.

Happy National Beagle Day! The most famous Beagle of all is an animated one, Snoopy, of Peanuts fame.
The Beagle originated in the Middle Ages, probably the result of crosses between the Harrier and other hounds. Its smaller size made it possible to follow it on foot as it trailed hare.
