Don’t think owners are coming to claim pup. Had found them but been sick so haven’t gone back over. They know we have pup and nobody has reached out. They will however get a ticket as was told they don’t really want pup and woman couldn’t handle pup who watched it during day so she would just let it outside instead 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ we do have someone possibly interested in adopting this pup though❤️🐕❤️ will keep you all up to date

When I was in Volusia County I knew Mike. Great Sheriff! I know they will do everything in their power for this family. Biggest message in this video? CALL if there is a loose dog! You never know what loose dog may kill another animal or bite someone or a child! ❤️🐕❤️
This is whyyyy we have leashed laws. This poor family. I know many have heard about this, but I lived in this exact same town this was kid killed! 😭😭😭🙏🙏❤️🐕❤️

New intakes coming tomorrow…. If anyone would be interested you can pre adopt (meaning meet the pup, fill out adoption app, and pay the adoption fee, and then you can either take home to foster to adopt meaning officially adopted once spayed/neutered, or leave pup at shelter til done)

BUT they will have to wait a few weeks til get spayed and neutered, only about 7 weeks currently.
But can be pre adopted and possibly if close enough… do foster to adopt…. Two brindles one with more white and one white/brindle

Princess and the pup made it to Nassau Humane Society!!!! Thank you again to our transporter!! She is same one who grabbed Gizmo for us too!! 💃🕺💃🕺💃❤️🐕❤️🙏🙏 These guys will probably be adopted right away from there!

I’m getting sick. We have a lot of stuff going on tomorrow and Friday, Animal Control will be closed other than emergencies until Monday! I can only do so much, and now I’m sick. We have two dogs leaving for transport tomorrow to Florida to a rescue! And one leaving on transport to an adopter on Friday. Other than that… Animal Control will be closed. Animals at shelter will be taken care of, but otherwise unless an emergency I have tons of paperwork to catch up on as well, like two weeks worth… bare with me as I try and struggle through everything 🥰🥰❤️🐕❤️🙏🙏🙏
Emergency means, one good enough to call 911 for and they will contact me.
If there is a loose dog you can TEXT anytime 386-279-2257 that is an emergency for me, as we cannot have a dog hit! Any other ACO issues will be on hold til Monday. Thank you 🙏
