Its National Pet Dental Health Month! 🐶🦷🐱

Dental health is a very important part of your pet’s overall health! Your pet’s teeth/gums should be checked at least once a year by your veterinarian for early signs of problems and to keep your pet’s mouth healthy.

Periodontal disease is the most common dental condition in dogs and cats – by the time your pet is 3 years old, they will very likely have some early evidence of periodontal disease. Early detection and treatment are critical, because advanced periodontal disease can cause severe problems and pain for your pet.

Get your pet checked if you notice any of the following symptoms:
🔹 Bad breath
🔹 Broken or loose teeth
🔹 Teeth that are discolored or covered in tartar
🔹 Abnormal chewing or drooling
🔹 Reduced appetite or refusing to eat
🔹 Swelling in areas around the mouth
🔹 Pain in or around the mouth
🔹 Bleeding from the mouth

New year, new puppy! 🐶

Everyone meet Nova!🐾

This little cutie is a fluffy frenchie (yes, you read that right) with a whole lot of attitude! She didn't want to stay still for her picture, but would once we broke out the watermelon toy! Safe to say, that might be her new favorite!

The meaning of Thanksgiving is about being with your loved ones and thankful for all the good things in your life🧡

We certainly know that pets are some of the best things in life and we want to let you know how to keep your furry friends safe this Thanksgiving!

Make sure to keep the feast on the table (bones 🦴 especially) and watch out for any toxic plants/decorations! That includes poinsettias, mistletoes, holly berries, and acorns!

One thing we are thankful for is our amazing clients! We truly have some of the best around and appreciate every single one of you!
