* Cancelations policy and no shows, please give me a 24 hr notice if you need to cancel, sometimes it's really had to fill those slots last minute , after the 2nd Cancelation or no-show you will be required to pay for your next grooming appointment in advance. I do understand things happen out of our control.

* Please walk your dog before their appointment to cut back on accidents, they will be h

ere anywhere from 2 to 4 hrs and I don't take them outside.

* I would also recommend not feeding right before the appointment to cut back on accidents.

* Also to avoid not being able to get a appointment it's always recommended to pre-book their next appointment.

* If your dog has fleas I will treat them and charge you for it ,it's a $5-$10 charge

*Please let me know at check-in if you or your Pet are sensitive to fragrance .

The program allows participants to purchase a 24” x 18” double-sided banner displaying their pet photo for $100. For an additional $25, banners can display a different pet of the same family on each side.

The banners will be proudly displayed January through May. After the program concludes, pet owners will be allowed to keep the banner.
